How to reach us and where we are
How far is our hostel from...
- The train station? About 3.4 km
- The center of Cervia? 3.4 km – by bike, bus, or on foot
- The beach? Right in front: you just have to walk through the pine forest
- Mirabilandia? 17 km, about 20–25 minutes by car
How do I get from the hostel to the train station?
You can take city bus No. 201 (towards Tagliata, stop: Pinarella Viale Abruzzi – 10 min walk from our hostel). Alternatively, taxis are available outside the station.
Where can I rent a bike?
Directly at the reception! Children's bikes and child seats are also available.
Check-in and stay
What time can I check in?
From 11:00 AM, you can access the property and leave your luggage. Rooms are available from 3:30 PM.
Until what time can I arrive?
Until 9:30 PM. For late-night arrivals (if notified in advance), with a small extra charge, you can leave your documents with the night porter and complete the check-in the following morning. Contact us for more info.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes: €100 per room or €20 per person, which will be refunded upon departure after room condition check.
Is the hostel accessible?
Yes, it is barrier-free and features accessible rooms served by an elevator. Contact us to let us know your needs and for further information.
Documents and guests
What documents are needed?
Identity card, passport, or driver's license, original and valid.
Are minors permitted to stay?
Yes, but they can only stay if there is an adult with them at all times; they also need authorization signed by a parent or guardian.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. You only need to let us know when you make your reservation and remind us when you check in.
How can I pay for my stay?
By card or cash, directly at reception upon arrival. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Private Rooms - Comfort and amenities
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, all rooms (both private and shared ones) have an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, the initial supply is always included.
Changeover is intended as an extra service (with a surcharge) in the basic rate, while it is included in the Premium package.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Not immediately, but you can request it for free at the reception.
Is there air conditioning?
Only in some rooms. Should you prefer this option, we recommend requesting it at the time of booking.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, basic breakfast is included for those who book directly on our website, by email, or by phone.

Bread, rusks, jams, chocolate spread, cereal, butter, milk, hot and cold drinks.
Do you have gluten-free choices?
Yes, upon request and for a small extra charge. Please remember to inform reception upon arrival.

Yes, we allow small-sized dogs (max 15 kg), only in private rooms.

Dorms
Do you only have dorms?
No, at Meet you can also find private rooms sleeping 2 to 8 people, always with en-suite bathroom.
Who can book the women's dorm?
Women only. Incorrect reservations will be reallocated with possible additional costs.
Are there women in mixed dorms?
Yes, they are shared by men and women.
Can minors sleep in dorms?
Only if they are at least 16 years old and accompanied.
Are pets allowed in dorms?
No, dogs are only allowed in private rooms.
Does each bed have a locker?
Yes, bring your own padlock or request one at reception (with a €5 deposit).
Parking and Storage
Is the parking available?
Yes, it is free of charge and subject to availability. Reservations cannot be made.
Can I park my car before check-in?
Yes, you can park as soon as you arrive if there are available parking spaces.
Is the parking lot guarded?
It is monitored by CCTV, but not guarded. The property is not liable for any damage or theft.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, for free and shared. Unattended.
Can I bring my bike into my room?
No, but we have a dedicated storage room. Ask for Info at the reception.
Services
Do you have a partner beach?
Yes, with the beach right in front of the hostel: beach umbrella and two sun beds at a discounted rate.
Do you also have a public beach?
Yes! There's an area only for our guests, where you can rent a beach umbrella at the reception desk (€3/day).
Can I cook in the hostel?
Yes, as we have a shared kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and fridge. It is designed for simple food preparation, respecting the schedule and other guests. We kindly ask guests to keep this common area clean and tidy at all times. Should this not be the case, we retain the right to apply a cleaning fee to those who do not clean up after themselves.
Can I do the laundry?
Of course. We have a token-operated laundry room (€4/40-minute cycle) and detergent and fabric softener dispensers.
Do you rent out bicycles?
Yes! City bikes for adults, children's bikes, and child seats are available.
Groups and Schools
We are a group: can we park the bus?
Yes, we have a designated area, however it has a limited capacity. Please check in advance whether it is possible to park your bus there. Otherwise, there is a bus parking lot available in Via Lazio (600 meters from the hostel).
